Data & Deletion

This page explains how to export and delete your data.

Export

1. Open the app and go to the main screen.
2. Tap Export to generate a CSV file of your logs, then save or share it from your device.

Delete Account & Data

1. Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account.
2. Confirm deletion to permanently remove your account and data (subject to brief backups for security/compliance).

You can also email support@nosugarapp.com from your account email to request deletion.

Timing

Deletion is initiated immediately and typically completes within 30 days. You’ll lose access once deletion is processed.
